Tributes have been coming in following the death of Dolly Parton at the age of 80. US media is reporting the country music legend died after a brief battle with cancer. Her team say her legacy is one of love, compassion and resilience. In Haiti, continuing violence is deepening concerns about elections planned for December, the first in a decade. The UN says at least forty-seven people were killed in a gang raid on Kenscoff, a hillside community overlooking the capital Port-au-Prince. Kenscoff has suffered around a dozen attacks since last year, forcing thousands from their homes.
