Rwanda tightens screening at its border with the DRC amid Ebola outbreak

The WHO has declared the outbreak a public health emergency of international concern, after a case was detected in another neighbouring country, Uganda. We also hear from a survivor of the infection from the world's biggest Ebola outbreak a decade ago about how it is to recover from the deadly infection. A new report says the number of executions that took place around the world last year was the highest figure in more than 4 decades driven largely by Iran. Our correspondent brings us that report.
