Twenty-five years ago today, four planes flew into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre in New York, into the Pentagon in Washington DC and into a field in Pennsylvania, after its passengers overpowered the hijackers. Almost 3,000 people died and tens of thousands more were injured. We hear from a survivor.
