The court hears from five passengers who were attacked by 33-year-old Anthony Williams on the train that was heading to London Kings Cross on Saturday 1st November 2025. One passenger told the court how he remembers asking Emergency Services “Am I going to die today?” BBC Cambridgeshire’s Phil Shepka and BBC Journalist Luke de Costa bring you updates of what the jury hears, as the trial at Cambridge Crown Court unfolds. Williams denies 14 counts of attempted murder. 10 counts of attempted murder during an attack on a train that was forced to make an emergency stop in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. One count of attempted murder over an incident at a metro station in London on the same day and three counts of attempted murder the day before in Peterborough.
