The Hub on the Heath is a not-for-profit community interest café bringing people together through coffee, creativity and connection. It's run by Carole Ann Taylor from Poole, she's one of the finalists in the Great Neighbour category in BBC Radio Solent's Make a Difference Awards for 2026. Steve Harris has been to meet her.
