David Moffat, whose daughter Chloe Moffat worked at the Treasury and took her own life after she was told of allegations she had shared confidential information, says 'there wasn't any duty of care' shown to Chloe by the Treasury. He's been speaking to Emma Barnett on the Today programme. A HMT spokesperson said: "The Treasury’s deepest sympathies continue to be with Chloe’s friends and family... We will learn the lessons from this tragedy. We are working urgently to respond to the coroner’s findings and we have introduced immediate changes to our guidance, support and wellbeing arrangements.” If you have been affected by any of the issues in this story, help and support is available at BBC Action Line.
