Concerns over 'extortionate' water bills after new meters installed

Some people in Cornwall, including Melissa Mead from Probus, say their water bills shot up after they had new water meters installed at their home. South West Water say they're looking into customers' questions about meter readings - but insist they're confident in the accuracy of the devices and there's no evidence of a wider issue.
