Bleed kits used to tackle knife crime in Cleveland

"Bleed kits" have been installed in public places in the Cleveland Police Force area to help those suffering from a traumatic bleed. The Reduction of Violence Unit want more people to be aware of how to use the kits, which can help save lives in the first few minutes of an incident. The force has recently received almost half a million pounds of government funding to help tackle knife crime. Our reporter Julie Smith found out more.
