'Did work cause mum's fatal asbestos cancer?'

Available for over a year

Hereford mum Diane Clements was diagnosed with mesothelioma and died three months later. Her family are investigating if working at Marks & Spencer caused her asbestos-cancer-related death. Her son Chris tells Elliott Webb how disease lawyers are now look at whether she was exposed to the material - which has been banned since 1999 - whilst working at the retailer's Hereford store. A spokesperson from Marks & Spencer told the BBC: 'Our stores are safe places for our colleagues and customers and we rigorously manage asbestos where it is present to ensure that remains the case.'
