Imagine coming back from holiday-- getting to the airport-- and being told that the car company you have left your car with has lost your keys! That's exactly what has happened to Alex Jones from Coventry who was stuck at Gatwick Airport yesterday after coming back from Venice. He's told BBC CWR's Trish Adudu about his experience.
