Getdown Services are a Bristol-based band who formed in Minehead in the South West. They played their first gig at the iconic grassroots music venue The Louisiana in Bristol which has also seen huge artists grace its stage for up-close-and-personal performances from the likes of Amy Winehouse and Dua Lipa to Sonic Youth and The White Stripes. Emily Pilbeam meets Ben and Josh from the band and Mig from The Louisiana to hear all about the music of Bristol and the South West. Expect big tracks from stalwarts of the 'Bristol Sound' like Massive Attack and Portishead plus Bristol punks Idles and Heavy Lungs and everything in between from This Is The Kit to Blue Aeroplanes.
