Teenage rape case referred to Court of Appeal

The Attorney General says the sentences of three teenage boys who were spared custody over the rape of two girls in Hampshire, will be referred to the Court of Appeal. The boys were given rehabilitation orders by a Judge who said he would avoid "criminalising" them because of their ages.
