US indicts Raul Castro of Cuba
The former president, along with five others, indicted on murder and conspiracy charges.
The US justice department has accused the 94-year-old communist leader of conspiracy and four counts of murder stemming from a 1996 incident in which Cuban airforce jets shot down two planes flown by Miami-based Cuban exiles. We get the view of a former Canadian diplomat in the country at the time of the incident.
Iran has created a body to oversee the Hormuz Strait has announced the formation of a controlled maritime zone to regulate traffic.
And the World Health Organisation has warned that cases of Ebola could be spreading faster than originally thought.
