Artemis II mission completes a critical engine burn

The four NASA astronauts aboard the Orion spacecraft are now heading to the Moon, the first manned lunar mission in more than 50 years. After spending a day orbiting the earth, the Artemis Two mission completed a critical main engine burn that propelled the capsule on its journey to the far side of the Moon, which the crew should reach by Monday. We speak to a former Nasa astronaut.

The Burmese parliament is meeting to elect a new president. He's widely expected to be the coup leader, General Min Aung Hlaing.

President Donald Trump has relieved Pam Bondi, from her job as the US Attorney General. Ms Bondi, who had been seen as a close ally of the president, had faced harsh criticism of her handling of the release of files related to the late sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.
