Venezuelans unite to aid quake victims

A former planning minister of Venezuela, Ricardo Hausmann, has told Newshour that the current government is slowing down aid effort by ‘creating obstacles.’ We also hear from a Venezuelan who has been raising money abroad to help fund the relief effort.
