South Africa and Russia hold talks to deepen ties

South Africa and Russia say they want to work together more closely after a visit to Pretoria by Moscow's foreign minister. A Russian-born professor based in Kwa-Zulu Natal, says African countries are becoming a foreign policy priority for Russia.
