Kenya’s President Ruto says he will "close the chapter" on extrajudicial killings by police.
Kenya’s President Ruto has disclosed that he fired the former head of criminal investigations over cases of forced disappearances and extrajudicial killings. In a wide-ranging question and answer media session that included the issue of police brutality, the president said he "will close the chapter" on extrajudicial killings by the police.
