Court rules UK’s Rwanda deportation plan lawful
The policy has been heavily criticised by human rights groups.
A court in the UK has ruled that it is legal for the UK to send asylum seekers to Rwanda. The policy had faced a number of legal challenges since it was first announced in April 2022.
