Should Liberia set up a war crimes court?

The chair of Liberia’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Jerome Verdier, tells Focus on Africa a war crimes court should be established in the country. Creating such a body was recommended by his commission in 2009, but successive governments have failed to do so.
