Zambia is set to receive a $1.3bn loan from the International Monetary Fund, after the Fund’s board approved the proposal. We speak to Zambian commentator Dr Sishuwa Sishuwa, who says the IMF and Zambian government have yet to clarify what terms the country has agreed to in order to qualify for the bailout.
