Malawi's former anti-corruption chief in bribe allegations scandal

Malawi's former Anti-Corruption Head Reyneck Matemba has been arrested for allegedly taking a bribe for a contract to supply food to the country's police service. The Head of Malawi's anti-corruption bureau, Martha Chizuma looks at the implications.
