
Ivorian soldiers arrested in Mali
The UN said that 49 Ivorian soldiers Mali arrested on Sunday at Bamako airport are part of a MINUSMA contingent, but Malian authorities fear destabilisation.
Malian authorities arrested forty-nine Ivorian soldiers at Bamako airport on Sunday. The UN said they are part of a stabilising mission, but the Malian military junta fears they are mercenaries. Journalist Mohammed Golfa tries to bring clarity.
