President of Tunisia expands power with new constitution

The President of Tunisia, Kais Saied has published details of a new constitution that would vastly expand his powers. He has ruled by decree since sacking the government a year ago.

Also we hear from the Sudanese capital Khartoum, where protests continue, despite reports that at least nine people were killed and a large number of people were injured.
