As over 300,000 children face malnutrition and 770,000 internally displaced
Somalia's President, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has visited some of the victims of drought in the country as the horn of Africa is hit by the worst drought in more than 40 years.
Cameroonian soldiers have freed a kidnapped senator of the ruling party, plus several other hostages, in an operation in the country's English-speaking North-West region, the army says.
