The UK debates a bill which will have an impact on the lives and actions of Africans hoping to come to the UK and even some who are already living in the country.

The UK discusses new migration rules likely to impact thousands of asylum seekers. The BBC's Daniel Henry travels to the French town of Calais, where many migrants are stuck in appalling conditions.
