South Africa floods kill more than 250 say officials
Rescue and recovery operations are underway in KwaZulu-Natal after days of heavy rain.
The death toll in the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal has reached more than 250, after devastating floods and mudslides wreaked havoc in the area.
President President Cyril Ramaphosa has visited the province and declares it a disaster zone.
