A devastating fire that swept through South Africa's Houses of Parliament in Cape Town has reignited - hours after it was said to be under control.
The Monrovia City Court in Liberia has issued an arrest warrant for Alexander B. Cummings, one of the top opposition leaders hoping to take on President George Weah in elections expected next year.
