Saif al-Islam Gaddafi has registered as a candidate for Libya's presidential election in December.
Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, who is the second son of the late deposed Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, has registered as a presidential candidate for the country’s December election, an official from the electoral commission has said.
Plus an investigation by the South African Human Rights Commission into the civil unrest in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng provinces in July, gets underway.
And Angolans in London hold a protest outside the UK parliament to call for an end to corruption and human rights violations in their home country.
