Why women need to talk more about sex

Female sexual pleasure is a topic that is rarely discussed openly in many African communities. Ghanaian feminist Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah wants this to change. She tells Focus on Africa about her new book 'The Sex Lives of African Women.
