Algeria cuts diplomatic relations with neighboring Morocco

Morocco and Algeria have had strained relations for decades, now the Algerian Foreign Minister has announced his country will cut diplomatic ties with its neighbour; Hakainde Hichilema has said in his inauguration speech that his government will ensure citizens can have three decent meals a day; Chad's ex-ruler Hissène Habré has died at the age of 79 while serving a life sentence for crimes against humanity.
