Zambia elections: Vote counting is underway

Internet access in some parts of Zambia remains restricted as election votes are counted.

Vote counting is under way in Zambia, where millions of people cast their ballots in closely contested general and presidential elections.

Rwanda has been targeted and threatened by online supporters of the Islamic State group (IS) for helping Mozambique to fight insurgents in its Cabo Delgado province.

And we hear more about a virtual festival of poems and songs that is taking place this weekend to highlight social inequality and how that has been exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
