President Kaïs Saïed said billions were stolen from the state coffers.

Tunisia President Kaïs Saïed says a coterie of politicians and business people stole around 5 billion from the state coffers during the reign of former president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and has offered amnesty to those who return the money.
