Ethiopia: UN Security Council to hold talks on situation in northern Tigray.
Aid agencies say hundreds of thousands of people are facing famine
The UN Security Council is set to start its first open discussion about the situation in Ethiopia's northern region of Tigray.
Nearly eight months after the conflict began, more than five million people need food aid and 350,000 people are living in famine conditions, a UN-backed survey found.
A state memorial service has been held for Zambia's founding father, Kenneth Kaunda. Mr Kaunda died last month, aged 97, after suffering from pneumonia.
And, the Resident Presidents also pay tribute to Kenneth Kaunda.
