Tigray conflict: Rebel forces dismiss claim of tactical withdrawal from Mekelle

Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed had insisted the withdrawal from Tigrayan capital Mekelle, was ordered because the city was no longer central to the conflict.
