Conflict stakeholders discuss Libya’s fate

Talks have been held between delegates from Libya’s interim government and representatives of states which have had some involvement in the conflict in the country over the past decade. Chief on the agenda is attaining long-term peace in Libya, which has been devastated by conflict since NATO-backed rebels overthrew the government of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011.

Plus, the latest from Tigray, where an air strike carried out by Ethiopian federal forces has reportedly hit a market, killing dozens of people in the town of Togoga.

And Angola has modified its constitution, with one change being a guarantee that Angolans living overseas will be able to vote in elections.
