
Nigeria: 50 killed in Zamfara raids

At least 50 people have reportedly been killed in a series of raids targeting villages in Nigeria’s north-western state of Zamfara. The killings took place just hours after gunmen raided a private university in the neighbouring state of Kaduna, abducting students and killing a member of staff.
