Blaise Compaoré to stand trial for Sankara assassination
Ex-Burkinabe president Compaoré to be tried for assassination of Thomas Sankara.
The exiled former president of Burkina Faso, Blaise Compaoré, is to go on trial for the murder of his one-time associate and predecessor, Thomas Sankara.
Also, at least 42 migrants have drowned after a boat making its way from Yemen capsized off the coast of Djibouti.
Plus, more than 900,000 people are facing hunger in Mozambique's Cabo Delgado region, according to the United Nations.
