Researchers have found an increase in trade in products, such as seahorses and fish maws.

Some of the marine produce sourced in African seas is sold in parts of East Asia.

And, South Africa has started to roll out of its vaccine programme, favouring the Johnson & Johnson vaccine over the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine. Frontline workers and President Cyril Ramaphosa have been among the first in the country to take the vaccine.
