Amnesty: Hundreds tortured by South Sudan government
Amnesty International says hundreds of people have been tortured by the South Sudanese authorities during the civil war. The highest court in the Democratic Republic of Congo bars the opposition leader, Jean-Pierre Bemba, from running in the presidential election.
