Uganda's former powerful police chief General Kale Kayihura has been charged before a military court-martial in Kampala. Offences include failure to protect war materials. Our reporter Patience Atuhaire reports from the court + The opposition MDC lost its appeal against the presidential election outcome last month. The party had gone to court to overturn President Emmerson Mnangagwa's victory, but today the court ruled against their case that the election process was marred by fraud + Human rights campaigners in Sierra Leone say the country's justice system is fraught with many challenges - and are asking the new government for reforms.
