Liberia awaits court decision on presidential poll

Liberia's supreme court to rule on whether to scrap the first round of the presidential election, or give the go ahead for the long awaited presidential runoff poll. Zimbabwe's finance minister has presented the country's first budget since Robert Mugabe was ousted, pledging economic reforms. And the voice of Agudo Arwo - the first woman to be heard on Somalia's airwaves - has fallen silent.
