Survivors sought in Guinea rubbish dump mudslide

Recovery efforts are underway following yesterday's mudslide in Conakry, Guinea.

Ten people have been confirmed dead following yesterday's mudslide in Conakry, Guinea. Torrential rains flooded the capital and brought down a hillside rubbish dump. Some of the injured are recovering in hospital while recovery efforts continue. Alhassan Sillah reports from Conakry.

Plus, in neighbouring Sierra Leone new figures are emerging as to how many people are still missing following last week's landslide and floods, which left almost 500 people dead. Reporter Umaru Fofana from Freetown finds out more - and talks to budding poet Victoria Kanu about her tribute to the victims.
