Hereford pizza 'among best in country'

Leaven on Broad Street is a finalist in the National Pizza Awards 2026. The independent restaurant, which only opened in 2023, is one of the top 16 in the UK.

The latest recognition follows winning Best Independent Pizza Restaurant in 2024 and Best Italian Restaurant in the Midlands Hospitality Awards earlier this year.

Dorian Kirk co-founded ART Hospitality, which operates Leaven, and tells Elliott Webb how the recipe for success has been proven, for growing at their own pace.
