Combatting shoplifting in Shropshire

"They go around stealing to order", says Elisa Lewis who oversees Marks and Spencer stores in Shropshire. She says shoplifting was "a daily, possibly even hourly, occurrence". And the people who are caught shoplifting may surprise you- "In my experience it can be anybody. It can be a bored housewife who's just nicking a jacket for a bit of fun, and the people who we do catch are sometimes those we least expect."
