Why double red lines in Luton have divided opinion

A hotly-debated traffic control scheme for a congested area of Luton is to be trialed.

The red route area which would ban all stopping and unloading in Bury Park will be tested over an 18-month period.

During the proposals there have been claims of death-threats aimed at some of those behind the plan.
