Charlie Ridley: 300 miles from Cumbria to Paris on a tricycle
Ainstable veteran Charlie Ridley has completed a gruelling 300-mile cycle from London to Paris on an electric-assist tricycle, raising money for the Royal British Legion. The 68-year-old, who was seriously injured in military training and has faced years of physical and mental health challenges, explains why he took on the Pedal to Paris challenge for a second time, the support he’s received from the Legion, and his message to other veterans.
