Honouring Hanley's legendary dance scene

Former DJs Phil Johnson & Bob Leigh on getting planning permission for a Hanley dance mural. The pair have worked for months, they've raised more than £11,000, they've got an artist and a location (The Victoria Lounge), and Lee Blakeman spoke to them about the latest development.
