Deaf from aged four, and now helping others to live with hearing loss
Ali France, from Stoke-on-Trent, lost her hearing at aged four. Now she leads a team of sensory social care workers in the NHS, helping other people with their hearing loss. She told BBC Radio Stoke's Lee Blakeman about her story.
