Piers Morgan on the viral Russell Brand Bible interview

Broadcaster Piers Morgan has said he has never had "any interview clip that has provoked so many memes” after interview Russell Brand on his YouTube show.

In the clip that went viral on social platform X, Brand is shown flicking through a Bible attempting to find a passage with Morgan looking on.

Speaking to Radio 4’s PM, Piers Morgan said Brand asked him to air the interview unedited, with Morgan making "a solemn pledge” to upload the whole thing.

Russell Brand is currently facing multiple allegations of rape and sexual assault, and denies all charges.
