'We can all do so much more than we believe'
BBC newsreader Sophie Raworth joined Anita Rani in the Woman's Hour this week.
Sophie thought she was too old to start running at the age of nearly 40. But she’s now completed 20 marathons and 10 ultra-marathons and is running in this weekend’s London Marathon.
When Sophie spoke to Anita about her new book, Running On Air, she used it as an opportunity to encourage other women to get into the exercise, which she says has given her new confidence, unexpected strength, and great friendships.
You can listen to the full interview on BBC Sounds - it's the Woman's Hour episode from 24 April.
